Your Modelo 210 in Claude and ChatGPT

Add our MCP server to your AI assistant: it works out the Modelo 210 of your Spanish home, tells you when each return is due and what your town’s cadastral values mean, with the rules of our simulator. Free, with no sign-in.

What you can ask

Three tools, which your assistant calls when your question needs them. Each answer cites its sources and links to our simulator.

Your Modelo 210

Each owner’s tax for the year, whether the home was let or not, with the method used and a link that opens the simulator with your answers.

“We live in Sweden and own a flat in Torrevieja, half each. How much Modelo 210 do we owe for last year?”

The deadlines

Which return is due when, for a home not let, let or sold, with the windows that change from tax year 2026.

“We sold our house in Spain in March. When is the Modelo 210 due?”

Your town’s cadastral data

The year of its last revaluation, the imputed-income rate that follows from it (1.1% or 2%), and its IBI rate, from the Catastro’s and Hacienda’s open data.

“Were the cadastral values of Jávea revised? Which rate applies to us?”

Add CasitaTax to Claude

On claude.ai and in the desktop app, on every plan: the Free plan allows one custom connector.

  1. 1Open Customize › Connectors, then + Add › Add custom connector.
  2. 2Name it CasitaTax, paste the server address below as its URL, then select Continue.

claude mcp add --transport http casitatax https://casitatax.com/mcp

The menu names are those of the English interface: yours shows them in your language.

Add CasitaTax to ChatGPT

On chatgpt.com, in your browser. Whether you can add a server depends on your plan and, on a work account, on your workspace’s settings.

  1. 1Open the plugins page, select +, then Add custom MCP server.
  2. 2Name it CasitaTax and, under Connection, paste the server address below as the Server URL.
  3. 3For authentication, choose No authentication.

What your assistant sends us

Only what a tool needs: the figures of your home (cadastral value, rent, expenses, days let, shares), where its owners live, a town or a date of sale. Never a name, an NIE, an address or a contact detail. Our server works out the answer and keeps nothing.

Your conversation stays with your assistant’s provider (Anthropic, OpenAI), under its own privacy policy. Our privacy policy says the rest.

The answers are estimates under the rules of the tax years we cover, not tax advice: your IBI receipt, your deeds and the Agencia Tributaria’s texts prevail.

Rather do it on the site?

The simulator gives the same figures, and we can file your returns from abroad.
