The days let
A new box, “N.º de días”: how many days the home was let. Each owner also gives their share of the home.
Your Spanish home, sorted.
Note each stay and each expense through the year. When the Modelo 210 is due, the days let, the rent and the expenses annex are ready, quarter by quarter.

The stays and expenses noted in this browser for the year shown: days let, rent and expenses by quarter, and each expense in its box of the Modelo 210’s expenses annex. What can be deducted depends on where the owner lives. Sources: Orden HAC/623/2026 (the new form and its annex); TRLIRNR, art. 24.6.
An estimate worked out on casitatax.com from the answers above, on the date shown: not an official document, not a filed return and not tax advice. Your deeds, your IBI receipt and the Agencia Tributaria’s own texts prevail.
Send us your log with your request: we file the rent and the days not let, for each owner.

Every return filed from January 1, 2027 uses the form of Orden HAC/623/2026, whatever its tax year. For a rented home, it adds:

A new box, “N.º de días”: how many days the home was let. Each owner also gives their share of the home.

Each expense in its box, from loan interest to insurance. Interest and repairs together never exceed the year’s rent: the rest waits up to 4 years.

Residents of the EU and the EEA deduct their expenses; from the United Kingdom or elsewhere, the tax is on the gross rent. The Tribunal Supremo is reviewing that rule.
In this browser, on this device, and nowhere else: we don’t receive it, and neither does anyone else. Another browser or device won’t see it, and clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes it. Print it or download the CSV to keep a copy.
Note the stays and expenses of the whole home once. Each owner files their own return for their share, which the new form asks for: we split the figures.
Living in the EU or the EEA, those needed to earn the rent, box by box as the annex lists them; furniture and improvements over several years. Living elsewhere, none today: the tax is on the gross rent.
Send it to us with your request, or keep it for your return. It opens in any spreadsheet: one line per stay or expense, with its box on the annex.
